Commercial terms are normally quoted EXW Shantou, with door-to-door delivery available as an option on request and shown as a separate line.
Product images and colour
Photographs are taken of production samples. Screen settings, lighting and batch variation mean the colour or finish of a delivered product may differ slightly from an image on this website. Where a finish matters to you, ask for a physical sample and approve it before production.
Certifications and test reports
Test reports and certificates are issued for a specific product configuration, battery capacity and production period. The fact that a document is listed on this website does not mean it applies to every model or every order. Tell us your destination market and the exact configuration, and we will confirm in writing which documents apply and provide the current copies with the order.
