Who we are
This website is operated by Shantou Tianshuo Technology Co., Ltd., a toy manufacturer with its plant and office at No. 35, Lane 11, Meilong Area, Pumei Community, Guangyi Street, Chenghai District, Shantou, Guangdong 515800, China. What we collect
We collect two kinds of information, and nothing more.
- What you type into the inquiry form. Your name, email address, country or market, the product you are interested in, and the message itself. We use it to answer your inquiry and to prepare a quotation.
- What analytics records about a visit. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are useful. It records pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It does not identify you by name.
- Embedded map. The contact page embeds a Google Map. Loading it lets Google set its own cookies, as it would on any site using Google Maps.
We do not ask for, and do not want, payment card details, identity documents or any other sensitive information through this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, confirm specifications and issue a quotation
- To keep ordinary business records of a trade enquiry
- To understand which pages and products buyers actually look at, so we can improve them
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone
- We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels on this website
- We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling
Who processes it on our behalf
Like every website, we rely on service providers. They only handle the data needed to run the service:
- Netlify — website hosting, and the service that delivers inquiry form submissions to us
- Google — Analytics 4 measurement, and the map on the contact page
- Our business email provider — stores the mail we exchange with you once you write to us
Cookies
Google Analytics 4 sets cookies in your browser so it can tell a returning visit from a new one. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the website will still work normally. Because we run no advertising cookies, there is no cross-site advertising profile to opt out of.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is retained on Google's standard retention period. Inquiry records are kept while a business relationship is active and afterwards for as long as trade and accounting practice requires. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices
If you are in a jurisdiction that gives you rights over your personal data — for example the EU, EEA or UK — you can write to haoran@tianshuotoy.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will answer within a reasonable period and will not charge you for a first request. You can also tell us to stop sending follow-up emails at any point, and we will stop.
Children
This is a business-to-business website for importers, distributors and retail buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so plainly rather than burying it.
